| Carmen has over 20 years of corporate experience with the majority of that time spent in IT. She is an entrepreneur by nature and is the CEO of two companies; The Australian Coaching Academy, focusing on leadership development and workplace coaching, and Storage People, a niche IT consultancy. Carmen is also a trainer & facilitator, accredited coach and public speaker and more recently, a published author. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Chamber of Commerce and Women on Boards.
Carmen sees herself as a “change agent” and has a genuine desire and passion to bring out the underlying power and confidence in individuals, leaders, teams and organisations who demand nothing less than a level of excellence!
Her client list boasts of multi-billion dollar global organisations that have a strong presence in the Australasian market. Additionally she coaches some of Australia’s high profile corporate and business professionals and celebrities.
